11. शून्य विवाह - इस अधिनियम के प्रारम्भ के पश्चात् अनुष्ठित किया गया यदि कोई विवाह धारा 5 के खण्ड (1), (4) और (5) में उल्लिखित शतों में से किसी एक का उल्लंघन करता है, तो वह अकृत और शून्य होगा और उसमें के किसी भी पक्षकार के द्वारा दूसरे पक्षकार के विरुद्ध पेश की गई याचिका पर अकृतता की आज्ञप्ति द्वारा ऐसा घोषित किया जा सकेगा।

CHAPTER IV
NULLITY OF MARRIAGE AND DIVORCE
11. Void marriages - Any marriage solemnized after the commencement of this Act shall be null and void and may, on a petition presented by either party thereto (against the other party), be so declared by a decree of nullity if it contravenes any one of the conditions specified in clauses (i), (iv) and (v) of section 5.
