30. न्यायालय विखंडित कराने वाले पक्षकारों से साम्या बरतने की अपेक्षा कर सकेगा -

किसी संविदा का विखंडन न्याययनिर्णीत करने पर न्यायालय, उस पक्षकार से, जिसे ऐसा अनुतोष अनुदत्त किया गया है, अपेक्षा कर सकेगा कि वह दूसरे पक्षकार को ऐसा कोई फायदा, जो उसने उस पक्षकार से प्राप्त किया हो, यावत्शक्य प्रत्यावर्तित करे और उसे ऐसा प्रतिकर दे, जो न्याय द्वारा अपेक्षित हो ।

30. Court may require parties rescinding to do equity.-

On adjudging the rescission of a contract, the court may require the party to whom such relief is granted to restore, so far as may be, any benefit which he may have received from the other party and to make any compensation to him which justice may require.
