166. जूरी या असेसरों की प्रश्न करने की शक्ति -- जूरी द्वारा या असेसरों की सहायता से विचारित मामलों में जूरी या असेसर साक्षियों से कोई भी ऐसे प्रश्न न्यायाधीश के माध्यम से या इजाजत से कर सकेंगे, जिन्हें न्यायाधीश स्वयं कर सकता हो, और जिन्हें वह उचित समझे।

166. Power of jury or assessors to put questions -- In cases tried by jury or with assessors, the jury or assessors may put any question to the witnesses, through or by leave of the Judge, which the Judge himself might put and which he considers proper.
